DELIVERY ISSUES

If we are unable to supply any product from your order due to lack of stock or inventory of any of the selected references, LA PETITE MORT may, at its discretion, cancel the order and/or only deliver the products for which there is availability. Naturally, we will inform you immediately and your money will be refunded to the payment method used for your order as soon as possible. It is important to clarify that the products offered by us may run out of stock, however, we will always do our best to satisfactorily fulfill your order or offer you alternatives with substitute or similar products.

In the event of any of the events described above, LA PETITE MORT will contact you to find a solution. For this, it is necessary to provide correct and accurate contact details, telephone, and email, as these will be the means by which we will contact you. If after several attempts to contact you we cannot find you, LA PETITE MORT will proceed to communicate to the email or telephone numbers provided by you. There we will propose a solution that the customer may reject or accept. If you do not contact us, we will understand that our proposed solution was fully accepted.

Delivery periods are simple references provided by the carriers we normally use; therefore, they are not considered delivery deadlines. The fact that a delivery period in your order is exceeded due to any circumstance does not entitle or give rise to any compensation of any kind, since as stated above, transportation and its conditions are beyond our control. If your product, except for transportation, does not meet the standards offered, we invite you to contact our customer service line to determine what happened.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you want to exchange any of the products you purchased at www.lapetitemortstudio.com for size or color changes (subject to product availability), follow these steps:

-Contact us to request the exchange/return and send it to our email la-petite-mort@outlook.com.

-Then you must send the product to the address in Medellín that we will indicate to you, where the condition of the product will be validated; remember that it must arrive with tags and labels, clean, unused, and in perfect condition. If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, we will inform you via email of the reason why we cannot make the exchange and the product will be sent again to the initial delivery address.

The product must be properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during the transportation process.

WARRANTY POLICY

The warranty for the products is 60 days from the moment of product delivery. This applies if the product you purchased presents any defects in seams, finishes, prints, and all care and washing recommendations have been followed.

You must contact us at the email la-petite-mort@outlook.com to send the product to the address indicated by our staff. The shipping cost from Home to Store will be borne by the customer, LA PETITE MORT will cover the cost of the resend.

The warranty does not apply if the defects are due to:

Force majeure or fortuitous event.
The action of a third party.
Improper use of the product by the consumer.
The consumer did not follow the indicated instructions for use or maintenance.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days from the delivery of the goods or the moment you received the product. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it; it must be in perfect condition, that is, unused, clean, with the tags and labels. The transportation and other costs incurred in returning the product to LA PETITE MORT’s facilities will be borne by the user.

In case all the mentioned conditions are met, LA PETITE MORT will return the total amount paid, without discounts or withholdings, and the term for the money return shall not exceed 30 calendar days.
